Madame Wang’s Restaurant is a joint venture between Glenn Puster, Gayle Pollard, Belinda Engel and Wayan Attok. The 4 dragons in the restaurant’s logo represent these 4 owners. Although the aesthetic of the restaurant is Chinese, the menu reflects the eclectic background of the 4 owners - Australian, European and Asian. Partners in business and life, Glenn & Gayle are well known restaurateurs in the Blue Mountains having established the Avalon Restaurant in 1990 which they sold in 2016. Madame Wang’s represents the next chapter in their restaurant careers. Gayle has used her artistic touch to theme Madame Wang’s creating a colourful, fun & unique atmosphere for diners.
